The Tone:
This is a regular, full-time program at Truist, located in Charlotte, NC. Truist’s purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities through real care to meet client needs, empower teammates, and serve communities, offering consumer and wholesale banking, technology, data, and operations. This immersive program provides critical work experience through rotations and a custom curriculum, building mission-critical skills in strategy, innovation, data analysis, and project management. Participants will engage in candid conversations with top leaders, fast-tracking their impact within the Financial Management organization.

• Team: Finance track within the Financial Management organization, including Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, Enterprise Change & Controls, and Enterprise Corporate Services.
• Mission: Build a pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who quickly integrate diverse experiences, drive collaboration, and foster integrated thinking across teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training Completion: Satisfactorily complete all prescribed training modules, including any additional courses recommended by management, to effectively transition into an appropriate center assignment post-program.
• Rotational Projects: Actively participate in various business rotations, applying theoretical concepts and desired behaviors to real-world projects and ongoing business activities, aiming to consistently meet or exceed rotational managers’ expectations.
• Special Assignments: Undertake and successfully execute any special projects or ad-hoc assignments that fall outside the formalized training curriculum, as directed by management.
• Business Problem Solving: Leverage comprehensive financial data to analyze and solve complex business challenges, directly contributing to strategic decisions, enhancing profitability, and fostering organizational growth.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Proactively partner and communicate with leaders and teams across diverse organizational functions to ensure collaborative efforts and integrated thinking on key enterprise initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date falling between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: This program is exclusively open to individuals who served as 2026 Truist Interns. Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership capabilities through active involvement in on-campus organizations, community initiatives, or relevant prior work experience.
• Skills: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exhibit strong initiative, demonstrate personal accountability, and hold a general knowledge of the financial services industry. Furthermore, a willingness to travel and the ability to be based in Charlotte, NC for the program’s duration are essential, with placement into one of Truist’s Finance Hub locations upon graduation.
