What You’ll Actually Do

• Receive continuous, valuable support, expert coaching, and consistent mentoring from both your assigned program mentor and your immediate supervisors, facilitating your ongoing professional growth and skill acquisition.
• Actively engage in networking opportunities, connecting with fellow CGIT colleagues to build meaningful social and professional relationships that will prove beneficial for future collaboration and career integration.
• Strive diligently to become extensively well-versed across various critical business areas, with the ultimate goal of effectively bringing this acquired knowledge back to your permanently hired department for successful long-term integration into the team.
