This is a full-time role at ConceiveAbilities, located remotely. ConceiveAbilities is the premier gestational surrogacy and egg donation agency, a modern family advocate with nearly 30 years of experience guiding clients through assisted reproductive technologies. This role is crucial in overseeing all financial activities for client “journeys,” supporting Accounts Payable, and contributing to financial reporting. By ensuring precise financial management and support, this position directly aids the company’s commitment to helping everyone who wants to become a parent achieve their goal.

• Mission: Owns all financial activities related to client journeys, supports general accounts payable, and contributes to financial reporting tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Structure: Oversee client-facing financial processes, creating and tracking measurable tasks, checklists, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Liaison: Manage financial tasks and requests, actively engaging with ConceiveAbilities clients and vendors related to business operations.
• Transaction Processing: Process precise client invoices, handle bills, and facilitate payments aligned with customer journeys.
• Auditing: Conduct regular audits of client escrow accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to prioritize tasks and resolve customer-facing financial issues promptly, ensuring exceptional client service.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in finance operations or accounting.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and apply business acumen in problem-solving.
• Bonus: Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com.
