What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Client Partnership: Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Candidate Placement: Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
• Interview Process: Call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, then assist in job offer negotiations.
• Candidate Vetting: Conduct reference checks on candidates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level.
• Experience: No previous recruiting experience is required; successful completion of gpac’s training and all training requirements is essential.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates, comfort establishing relationships over the phone, and effective negotiation skills.
• Bonus: A degree is preferred.
