The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Regions Bank, located in Hoover, Alabama at the Riverchase Operations Center. What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore Functions: Gain direct exposure to the basic operational functions of an assigned group within the dynamic financial industry.
• Execute Tasks: Engage in a broad spectrum of tasks, including detailed research, essential administrative duties, and professional correspondence work.
• Participate in Meetings: Actively attend and observe various department meetings to understand operational processes and decision-making.
• Provide Project Support: Offer valuable assistance and support to ongoing projects, contributing to team objectives.
• Develop Competencies: Strengthen core professional skills and acquire critical knowledge, providing valuable insight into diverse functions to launch a successful career.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level college student with a demonstrated interest in developing technical skills and acquiring practical work experience within the financial services sector.
• Experience: Possess the ability to commit to a demanding schedule of 40 hours per week for a duration of 10 weeks. Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States, as Regions Bank will not sponsor work visas for this role.
• Skills: Exhibit strong critical thinking capabilities, a genuine intellectual curiosity, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently.
• Bonus: Prior involvement in leadership positions on campus or active participation in campus extracurricular activities is preferred, alongside any previous experience as a 2026 Regions Intern.
