What You’ll Actually Do
• Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Methodically identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across Crown and all other makes of lift trucks, restoring full functionality.
• Perform Maintenance: Execute all assigned planned maintenance schedules and tasks meticulously on customer lift trucks to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Document Work: Accurately complete and process all required paperwork and service reports following the conclusion of each job to maintain clear service records.
• Engage in Training: Actively participate in various training activities and programs to continuously enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level individual, typically a student pursuing a co-op or internship, possessing a foundational aptitude for mechanical, electrical, or automotive systems, eager to develop skills in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience: Demonstrated capability or strong potential to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair diverse lift trucks, coupled with the ability to effectively perform routine and planned maintenance procedures on customer equipment.
• Skills:
• Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities applicable to industrial equipment.
• Repair & Maintenance Execution: Competence in performing hands-on repairs and executing structured planned maintenance tasks.
• Administrative Acumen: Meticulous attention to detail for precise processing of job-related documentation and paperwork.
