What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive rental sales by managing inbound customer inquiries and performing outbound solicitations.
• Generate new business leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales, supported by accurate marketing database maintenance.
• Manage all rental asset processes, ensuring adherence to vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Execute and support sales and marketing initiatives to achieve and grow Ryder’s market share.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and disputes to maintain strong relationships and expand the customer base.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field. This position is designed as an entry-level management trainee role within the company’s comprehensive training program.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is strictly required for this trainee program. However, candidates with one year or more of customer service experience, particularly involving issue resolution, are preferred.
• Skills:
• Intermediate computer literacy for effective use of business systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented approach with robust follow-up practices for operational efficiency.
