What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Connection: Connect with clients who have proactively requested information regarding life insurance products.
• Needs Assessment: Help individuals and families identify and find life insurance coverage that aligns with their specific needs and financial budget.
• Client Education: Educate clients on various insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, final expense, term life, and other relevant offerings.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Skill Development: Actively participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing coaching to continuously develop and enhance your skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career focus with a willingness to learn the life insurance industry; no previous insurance or sales experience is required.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.
• Skills: Self-motivated, dependable, strong communication and people skills, coachable with a willingness to learn, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bonus: An existing insurance license is considered a plus, and candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
