What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Administration: Assist with general office tasks, manage correspondence, and maintain physical and digital files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Team & HR Support: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, and support recruitment efforts including job postings and interview scheduling, as well as HR initiatives like employee engagement.
• Procurement & Inventory: Assist in the procurement process by researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders, while also helping track inventory levels and manage supply orders.
• Financial Operations: Support financial record-keeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking, and assist in preparing financial reports including budget variance analysis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; detail-oriented with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
