Grocery Manager In Training | MOM’s Organic Market

The Tone:
This is a full-time, regional role within MOM’s Organic Market, involving work across multiple store locations with an expected commute of up to one hour. The company is dedicated to fostering its future leaders through a comprehensive Manager In Training (MIT) program, focusing on professional development, quality training, and consistent coaching. This position is vital for cultivating individuals who will positively shape the store environment, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to the future strategic direction of the company. • Pay: $24 hourly
• Mission: To grow into a MOM’s future leader by completing a structured development program, focusing on mastering essential retail management tasks and leadership capabilities, ultimately contributing to a positive store environment, enhanced customer experience, and the company’s future direction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Leadership: Engage in a structured program to build leadership skills through consistent training, feedback, and coaching, guided by a personalized Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Master Retail Operations: Learn and master essential retail management tasks, including the critical responsibilities of product ordering and staff schedule writing, integral to future leadership.
• Influence Store Performance: Positively affect the store environment and enhance the overall customer experience through direct leadership and contributions.
• Gain Diverse Experience: Work across a minimum of two store locations to gain experience with varying sales volumes, learn different management styles, and have exposure addressing a variety of unique challenges.
• Manage Flexible Schedule: Be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends, accommodating store operational hours between 4 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week.
