• Team: Manages crew, provides coaching, and communicates with Shift Managers.
• Mission: To learn McDonald’s business operations, develop leadership skills, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets operational standards, profitability goals, and provides exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan Shifts: Strategically plan for each shift, considering staffing, resources, and operational flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations and meet daily targets.
• Monitor Performance & Standards: Continuously monitor team performance and take proactive actions to ensure that all operational activities meet McDonald’s established standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain Operations: Oversee critical operational areas including food safety protocols, daily maintenance, and the cleanliness of the restaurant environment to uphold brand standards.
• Lead & Develop Crew: Effectively manage and train crew members, providing coaching and direction to foster a productive team, enhance their skills, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
• Manage Business Aspects: Monitor key business indicators such as safety, security, and profitability, manage inventory, handle scheduling, and communicate effectively with subsequent Shift Managers for seamless transitions.
