What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Engagements: Participate in various phases of audit and/or tax engagements for clients.
• Perform Core Tasks: Execute planning, testing, researching, and reporting activities during engagements.
• Manage Financial Documents: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Handle Tax Filings: Engage in preparing and managing corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client and Team Interaction: Foster meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with a diverse range of clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax for this entry-level role.
• Experience: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam.
• Skills: Demonstrated detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: A clear goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license and willingness to undertake local, national, and occasional international travel.
