The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Las Vegas, NV

• Mission: Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of audit reports and preparation of journal entries including, but not limited to: Cage, Poker, table games, slots, race and sports book.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, 10 key calculator

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit daily reports according to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve any accounting variations or discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate journal entries on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Document and record business transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Execute additional audit-related tasks as needed to support operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Nevada gaming card.
• Experience: No prior experience explicitly required, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• Skills: High attention to detail, basic mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch or sight, and effective communication in English.
• Bonus: Some college coursework in accounting or a related field; 1 year of revenue audit experience.
