Test Center Administrator | Prometric

This position is vital as Test Center Administrators serve as the face of the company, ensuring a secure and fair environment for individuals taking crucial, life-changing exams. What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Verification: Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks including the use of wands and digital fingerprint scanning where applicable.
• Exam Monitoring: Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams to uphold strict policies and guidelines for exam integrity.
• Issue Resolution: Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency, ensuring a fair and comfortable experience for every test taker.
• Security Management: Maintain a secure environment and safeguard test materials, preventing misconduct in the test center at all times.
• Policy Adherence: Apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures, reporting any occurrences outside company guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience (e.g., call center, retail, restaurant) is required. Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers; ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence; familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (MS Office, Outlook, Explorer-web browsing).
• Bonus: College experience is a plus.
