The Tone:
This is a full-time executive fellowship program at Morrison Healthcare, based in Seattle with coverage extending across Washington, Oregon, California, and Alaska. Morrison Healthcare, a leader in healthcare food and nutrition services and a Compass Healthcare company, serves over 1,000 hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. This role is crucial for developing future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive, hands-on experience in operational, strategic, and executive functions within a critical support service for healthcare systems.

• Mission: To develop future executives in healthcare food and nutrition services by providing comprehensive operational and leadership experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Immerse yourself in healthcare food and nutrition services operations through rotations in retail, culinary, patient services, and clinical settings.
• Strategy: Participate in high-level strategic planning, engage in client interactions, and contribute to innovative technology implementations.
• Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to impactful projects, including client Quarterly Business Reviews, annual budget process development, sales process participation, and new business openings.
• Executive Access: Collaborate with Morrison executive and c-suite leadership and work directly with prestigious healthcare system clients.
• Development: Gain structured mentorship through extensive orientation, leadership academies, skill enhancement training, and complete a culminating Capstone Project.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree. Entry-Level. Strong interest in healthcare leadership.
• Experience: Prior professional work experience, particularly for individuals from graduate programs that require it.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: A diverse background and skill set; a willingness to relocate.
