This role is crucial as the operational core of the campus, ensuring the daily rhythm, safeguarding focused learning time, and maintaining tight execution without operational disruption for student mentorship. The coordinator directly contributes to outstanding learning outcomes by creating a purposeful, efficient, and motivating campus environment where academic drive and self-reliance are developed.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage all daily campus operations to ensure the 2-Hour Learning schedule runs on time and without disruption.
• Technical Support: Handle front-line technical support, including device configuration and basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with IT for advanced issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Establish trust with students, families, and staff through precise communication and reliable execution.
• Safety Protocols: Execute and review campus safety protocols, overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Initiative Coordination: Enable key initiatives such as events, staff onboarding, supply, and facilities oversight to maintain campus performance at a high standard.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field and 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or comparable high-service settings.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Skills: Proficiency with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration, alongside clear, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence.
