Site Supervisor | SBM Management Services, LP
The Tone
This is a full-time, in-person role at SBM Management Services, LP, requiring travel to various sites. SBM Management Services, LP is a management services organization focused on facility and program oversight, ensuring safe and compliant operations across diverse programs. This role is critical for safely coordinating all activities within assigned programs, directly impacting operational success and employee well-being. The Site Supervisor will lead and develop a team, maintain compliance with regulations, and serve as a key point of contact for operational excellence.

• Mission: Ensure the safe and compliant coordination of program activities and effective supervision of employees.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Coordination: Safely coordinate all activities within the assigned program, encompassing both company and temporary employees engaged in the program.
• Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, while also coordinating work activities and recommending training and disciplinary actions.
• Compliance & Inspection: Conduct thorough quality, service, and safety inspections, monitoring areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure adherence to sanitation and OSHA regulations.
• Resource Management: Track and manage equipment inventory, overseeing maintenance and repair schedules, and maintaining adequate supplies for program operations.
• Administrative Reporting: Prepare and submit various written reports, including pass-down, weekly, and monthly summaries, and maintain comprehensive records for training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating familiarity with supervisor responsibilities.
• Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work, performing performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, effective training abilities, strong time management, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to read and understand complex documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals, and write routine reports.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish, a valid driver’s license (may be required), Forklift Certified (may be required), and experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
