What You’ll Actually Do
• Front-Line Representation: Serve as the primary representative for Enterprise, engaging directly with customers and partners in a neighborhood branch setting.
• Operational Oversight: Function as the behind-the-scenes expert, mastering the operational aspects required to manage a rental branch.
• Business Growth & Community Engagement: Cultivate new business opportunities and establish key relationships within the local community to drive branch success.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Gain the skills to mentor and develop a team, preparing for future leadership and branch management responsibilities.
• Core Business Mastery: Acquire comprehensive expertise in customer service, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and daily operational processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Experience: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
