What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship & Training: Engage in continuous mentorship, training, and development to build valuable professional skills.
• Client Communication: Provide information to union and association families regarding benefits and financial protection programs.
• Skill Development: Build leadership, public speaking, sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
• Team Building: Develop team building skills and contribute to a collaborative environment.
