What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor Operations: Maintain business continuity across Epic’s global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts.
• Manage Systems: Control access and security systems and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.
• Identify Issues: Use video feeds and system data to identify and respond to operational issues.
• Coordinate Response: Coordinate emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur.
• Ensure Safety: Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level position recruits nationally and requires relocation to the Madison, WI area, with financial assistance provided; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and comply with the COVID-19 vaccination policy. Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days, is necessary for this role.
• Experience: Interest or prior experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
