Finance Internship – Summer 2027 | Polaris Inc.
The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-week paid summer internship at Polaris Inc., located in Plymouth, Medina, or Wyoming, MN. As the global leader in powersports, Polaris pioneers product breakthroughs and enriching experiences that invite people to discover the joy of being outdoors. This role offers emerging talent impactful, project-based assignments to build foundational skills and gain diverse experiences, with a potential path to a returning internship or a rotational leadership development program.
The TL;DR

• Pay: $21.00–$28.50 hourly
• Team: Placed into one specific team based on interest and business need, such as Business Division Planning and Analysis or Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Mission: To provide emerging talent with impactful, project-based assignments that align with business objectives within the global powersports industry.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Work: Experience both larger ongoing projects and shorter-scale projects throughout the summer that align with Polaris’ business objectives.
• Professional Development: Participate in intentional programming including mentorship, weekly functional and centralized learning sessions, and networking opportunities with peers and leaders.
• Innovation Challenge: Engage in an internal case study designed to promote cross-functional development, presenting creative solutions to a real ‘Polaris’ problem to executive leadership.
• Immersive Experience: Attend the 3-day Early Talent Summit Week in Wyoming, MN, for professional development, structured networking, executive speakers, and a team ride on Polaris vehicles.
• Presentation: Present your career aspirations and recap your internship experience to senior level leaders at the conclusion of the program.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, with an intended graduation date between August 2027 and May 2029. Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week, within the specified date ranges (May 17th – August 6th, 2027, or May 31st – August 20th, 2027). Previous experience with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word) is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
• Bonus: Previous Internship/Co-op experience or involvement in relevant projects, strong interest in long-term career development and participation in leadership development programs, leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom, and completion of at least two years of university coursework.
