Ambassador Program Intern | Forwards Fund

This is an internship at Forwards Fund, located remotely. Forwards Fund operates as a private angel investor syndicate, dedicated to backing early-stage deep tech founders. The company’s core mission revolves around supporting American Reindustrialization by strategically investing in individuals who are solving the toughest technical problems across critical infrastructure sectors. This includes a broad spectrum of industries such as energy, defense, mining, logistics, robotics, advanced manufacturing, agriculture, and emerging frontier industries, positioning Forwards Fund at the forefront of technological innovation and national restoration. This Ambassador Program Intern role is crucial for expanding the Forwards Fund network, enhancing deal flow, and broadening the company’s reach across academic, social media, and professional environments, thereby directly contributing to their strategic investment goals. What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Expansion: Help expand the Forwards Fund network among relevant communities.
• Deal Flow Bolstering: Assist with bolstering deal flow by identifying potential startups and opportunities.
• Sourcing Support: Aid in sourcing new startups, founders, and investors for the syndicate.
• Campus Outreach: Enhance the fund’s reach into various college and university campuses.
• Market Penetration: Increase the fund’s presence across social media and various business settings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role, intended for student founders actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an applicable field.
• Experience: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to work remotely. Applicants must be student founders from one of the specified Texas universities: Texas A&M, UT Austin, Rice, Baylor, UATX, TCU, SMU, UT Dallas, Texas Tech, or St. Edward’s.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in networking, research, communication, and outreach to identify and engage with founders, investors, and academic communities.
