The Tone:
This is an internship at Jobright.ai, located In-person, Santa Clara, CA. Jobright.ai builds a personal AI job search agent that transforms how individuals approach job searching, guiding them from solo, time-consuming efforts to an expert-accelerated journey. This role is crucial for enhancing the customer experience by ensuring the quality of AI-driven candidate recommendations and supporting operational improvements. You will be instrumental in building real, production AI agents used by real users, directly shaping how people interact with AI in their job search endeavors.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Onboarding: Monitor newly onboarded customers and support day-to-day operational follow-up.
• Quality Review: Review the quality of candidate recommendations for customer accounts and identify fit gaps or matching issues.
• Data Analysis: Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
• Client Communication: Lead client meetings to ensure clear and smooth communication.
• Documentation & Reporting: Summarize findings, feedback, and recurring issues in a clear and structured way.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Strong interest in recruiting or customer-facing AI products.
• Experience: Experience in clients-facing or recruiting internships; able to learn quickly and comfortable in an evolving work setting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize findings and insights.
• Bonus: Backgrounds or strong interest in recruiting, data analytics, operations, AI product, or related fields.
