Business Management Associate Internship Summer 2026 – Multiple US Locations | Cargill

• Pay: $23.13–$32.02 hourly
• Team: Cargill Animal Nutrition business
• Mission: Gain hands-on experience across various challenging aspects of the animal nutrition business, including strategic pricing, supply chain, commodity merchandising, feed formulation, sourcing, and strategic marketing and technology.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Strategic Pricing: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic pricing initiatives.
• Optimize Supply Chain: Support the strategy and execution of supply chain operations.
• Develop Feed Formulations: Participate in the creation and refinement of feed formulations.
• Manage Commodities: Engage in commodity merchandising, trading, risk management, and sourcing activities.
• Analyze Business Data: Utilize data and business analytics to inform strategic and financial decisions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, business analytics, animal science, economics, ag-economics, leadership studies, or a related degree, with a graduation date between December 2027 – August 2029; applicants must have the right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
• Experience: Able to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June – August), with proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and possessing a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance.
• Skills: Geographical flexibility and willingness to relocate for an internship opportunity anywhere in the U.S.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
