Appointment Setter | Camping World

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Camping World, a large retail organization focused on RV products and services. The Appointment Setter is a key contributor to the company’s enterprise-wide sales initiative, directly impacting sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging lasting customer relationships. This role is crucial for creating a well-structured sales funnel and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Nurturing: Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support.
• Appointment Generation: Proactively generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets through outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
• Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about RV products and services.
• CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to accurately record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions for efficient follow-up.
• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and Sales Development Manager to ensure department symbiosis and a seamless customer journey from initial contact to sale.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a proven track record and hunger for success in sales.
• Experience: Prior experience with CRM systems and general computer savviness is required; previous sales experience is a plus.
• Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, results-driven motivation for sales, excellent customer service, effective time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Bonus: VinSolutions experience is a huge plus.
