This role is vital for ensuring the efficient flow of co-pack projects, maintaining accurate inventory, and fostering clear communication with customers. The Co-Pack Coordinator directly contributes to operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction within the co-pack environment.

• Mission: This person will ensure the smooth operation of co-pack activities by managing essential documentation, inventory, and customer communication.
• Tech Stack: WMS (Warehouse Management System), Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation & Purchasing: Create purchase orders for customer-owned items and develop Bill of Materials for kit items.
• Inventory & Data Management: Perform cycle counts and accurately enter daily receiving, production, and damage data into customer-required spreadsheets.
• Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers via in-person meetings, email, or phone, including sending First Article pictures at project start.
• Process Improvement: Assist in time studies to identify efficiencies and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for co-pack operations.
• System Support: Monitor and provide support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including printing necessary reports and providing weekly invoice information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Degree or equivalent, with core domain knowledge in co-packing or warehouse coordination.
• Experience: Minimum one year of related experience specifically in copacking or warehouse coordination, including working within a WMS.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word, and demonstrated knowledge of copack processes.
• Bonus: Experience working within a Solochain system is a plus.
