• Mission: To identify and improve data quality and consistency across business and CRM systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Data Flaws: Identify and analyze suspected data inconsistencies across business systems and CRM platforms.
• Recommend Data Improvements: Prepare recommendations for enhancing data harmonization and overall data quality.
• Manage Master Data: Support the creation, modification, merging, and health monitoring of master data objects when inconsistencies are discovered.
• Source Data: Assist in sourcing data from internal databases, data platforms, and approved third-party tools.
• Provide Team Support: Offer administrative, documentation, and project assistance to the Data Steward Team.
