The Tone:
This is a Co-Op position at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., located in Chandler, AZ. Comtech designs and delivers cutting-edge communications systems for next-generation 9-1-1 emergency services, satellite and space communications, and cloud-native technologies to commercial and government customers worldwide. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Chandler, AZ
• Team: CEFD – Admin & Compliance 802900
• Mission: Support financial analysis, automation, digital platforms, and process optimization by gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and data.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Support the analysis of financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Develop: Assist with building and improving financial models, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Evaluate: Help evaluate and document financial systems, workflows, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate: Partner with finance, technology, and business teams on cross-functional projects.
• Research: Conduct research on emerging FinTech tools, platforms, or best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a Finance, FinTech, or other relevant degree program.
• Experience: Direct exposure to modern financial systems, digital products, and data-driven decision-making, gained through academic studies or practical projects.
• Skills: Financial data analysis; Financial modeling and reporting; Understanding of process optimization and automation.
