• Team: Works alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• Mission: To develop and prepare individuals for a management role within the retail sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in Training: Actively participate in a structured, 12-week hands-on training program specifically designed for retail management development.
• Understand Business Operations: Collaborate with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Enhance Professional Skills: Cultivate and strengthen essential organizational, communication, and time management abilities through practical application and real-world scenarios.
• Gain Practical Experience: Acquire valuable hands-on management experience within a dynamic retail environment, working directly with store operations.
• Prepare for Leadership: Utilize the program’s development opportunities to prepare for and transition into a management role within Menards’ expanding company.
