What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Department Operations: Perform administrative duties in support of a department or customer on a short-term, seasonal basis.
• Learn Financial Systems: Engage with leaders and teammates to learn various financial systems, processes, and procedures.
• Analyze Financial Trends: Work one-on-one and within groups assisting with evolving technology and internal reporting improvements, helping analyze different historical trends across financial metrics, and providing forecasting insights.
• Improve Reporting: Assist with improvements to current trend analysis and embrace new reporting technology to enhance the finance team’s overall reporting abilities.
• Impact Business Decisions: Use critical thinking combined with financial foundations and curiosity about emerging technology to support utilization of those technologies, providing insights to leadership that make a real-time impact in business decisions and reporting requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma/GED with some college, specifically 2+ years of college experience with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 0+ years of related experience.
• Skills: Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, Financial Modeling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical acumen, Concepts of accounting and finance.
• Bonus: Organized, detail oriented, problem solving skills, excellent time management, flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and special projects.
