Special Projects Associate | Stealth Vertical AI Startup

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Stealth Vertical AI Startup, located in New York City. The company is building an AI-Native Hotel OS to transform how hotels operate by replacing outdated legacy systems with an intelligent, unified platform. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s highest-priority initiatives, allowing an early career individual to learn by doing, contribute to day-to-day execution, and earn significant scope by demonstrating impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Own the daily execution that keeps company operations running consistently, while identifying opportunities for improvement or automation over time.
• Marketing: Assist with marketing execution, including managing Google Ads campaigns and troubleshooting conversion-tracking issues with GA4 and GTM.
• Customer Success: Onboard new customers onto the platform, ensuring their accounts are set up correctly and any initial issues are quickly resolved.
• Project Coordination: Manage email communications, coordinate cross-functional projects, and facilitate scheduling and follow-ups to keep work moving efficiently.
• Data & Process: Pull and organize data across product, customer, and GTM sources for review, and help build and maintain internal processes and documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. 1–3 years of experience in environments such as startups, agencies, operations, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience: A track record of consistently completing tasks with minimal oversight once given initial direction.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in utilizing AI tools daily for efficiency, and a rapid ability to learn new software (CRM, billing, automation, no-code, analytics).
• Bonus: Prior internship or role in customer success, digital marketing, sales & ad operations, experience supporting process or systems work, or hands-on exposure to Google Ads, GA4, or GTM.
