This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our Go-To-Market efforts by maintaining data quality, improving processes, and providing essential operational support to drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Ensure CRM records, reports, and lists are accurate, complete, and consistent across Go-To-Market functions.
• System Support: Triage and resolve requests from GTM stakeholders on systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations efficiently.
• Process Optimization: Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to implement automations and optimizations.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze inbound request metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with inside sales, outside sales, and cross-functional teams on strategic projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career. Core understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations principles.
• Experience: 1+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations. Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes by integrating data, systems, and people.
• Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot. Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
