What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Solving: Act as the primary problem solver and experience creator for members, handling requests of any size.
• Operational Management: Manage all operational details and communications for your location to ensure a smooth and organized operation.
• Sales & Outreach: Represent Industrious in the local market, proactively identifying and engaging with potential members.
• Needs Assessment: Guide potential members through tours and use a consultative sales approach to uncover and solve their specific workplace needs.
• Community Building: Plan and execute remarkable events and programming that build a proud and engaged community, encouraging member interaction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, demonstrating strong business sense in a hospitality or member-focused operational environment.
• Experience: Proven experience in organizing details, managing communications, engaging with business communities, and applying a consultative sales approach.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, resilience in challenging and unpredictable situations, strong interpersonal and executive communication abilities, genuine curiosity, and the willingness to switch between hands-on tasks and big-picture thinking.
