Management Trainee | Enterprise

This is a full-time role at Enterprise, located in Flagstaff, AZ. Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through an integrated network. • Pay: $53000–$55000 yearly
• Mission: This person will learn the foundational business operations, customer service, and sales skills necessary to eventually manage their own branch and cultivate local business relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn branch operations: Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Manage customer interactions: Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Oversee daily operations: Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert for the branch.
• Develop management skills: Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Build community relationships: Get out into the community to establish relationships essential for business growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required; this is an Entry-Level Management Trainee position.
• Experience: 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales (commission, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality) or leadership (military, athletics/team activities, academic organizations).
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years); must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future; must be at least 18 years old.
