What You’ll Actually Do
• Master Core Business Operations: Undertake intensive rotations across critical areas including warehouse management, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management to build a foundational understanding of CED’s extensive business model.
• Develop Financial and Sales Expertise: Gain practical experience in managing financial statements, strategic purchasing, inside sales, outside sales, and project management, preparing for comprehensive business oversight.
• Acquire Specialized Industry Knowledge: Participate in multiple dedicated training sessions and online modules focused on electrical products, complex electrical systems, advanced sales techniques, and effective management strategies.
• Cultivate Leadership for Branch Management: Learn every aspect of running a multi-million-dollar location, culminating in the readiness to independently manage a CED branch upon successful program completion.
• Engage in Continuous Professional Development: Attend ongoing sessions and complete online curricula designed to provide all necessary tools and knowledge to succeed within CED’s diverse and evolving industry, with no prior experience required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience in lieu of degree) required for this entry-level career program. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: No prior industry experience is necessary, as the program provides all required tools and knowledge. Must possess a current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship by CED.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, superior leadership abilities, and proven problem-solving capabilities are essential for success. Candidates should also be self-motivated, competitive, and exhibit a strong desire to succeed as a team player.
• Bonus: Geographic flexibility is a key requirement during the entire duration of the 2-3 year training program, accommodating various placements across Georgia.
