This is an in-person internship at Cobb, with positions available in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Cobb focuses on poultry production and live operations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to understand key processes.
• Education: Become familiar with the various parts of the production process, gaining comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Exposure: Gain exposure to operation support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Innovation: Contribute to the company’s success through innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Value Creation: Actively participate in creating value through assigned projects and daily tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
• Experience: Possess basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks and communications.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and effective time management and multitasking abilities. Exhibit a motivated self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn from others, alongside the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates are studying Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture-related fields. Priority consideration is given to applicants currently local to one of the identified states. Candidates planning further education after degree completion are encouraged to highlight this on their resume for full consideration.
