Starlink Enterprise Account Specialist (Channel Partners) | SpaceX

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, full-time role at SpaceX, located in Redmond, WA. SpaceX was founded on the vision of humanity exploring the stars, actively developing the technologies needed to enable human life on Mars. Starlink is a core part of this mission, providing high-speed, low-latency internet to remote regions globally. This role is fundamental to the Starlink Enterprise team, ensuring the seamless operational management and growth of channel partner accounts, directly contributing to Starlink’s global expansion and mission delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned channel partners, facilitating smooth communication and ongoing operations.
• Order Validation: Review and validate critical documents such as Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorization, and pricing for compliance with company standards.
• Account Provisioning: Accurately create and configure new customer accounts, establish service lines, assign hardware, and set up billing structures within internal systems.
• Contract Application: Accurately apply appropriate pricing, discounts, and terms precisely as stipulated in each customer’s contracts.
• Cross-Functional Processing: Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to efficiently process orders through activation, tracking timelines, and ensuring forecasted invoicing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, pricing, and billing rules for customer accounts.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail for process-driven work.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and ownership.
• Bonus:
• Ability to translate partner feedback into scalable process and system improvements.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed.
• Availability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
