• Mission: Ensure accurate recording of employee work hours and timely, accurate compensation by maintaining timekeeping record integrity and compliance with policies and deadlines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to employees regarding timekeeping processes, assisting with entries, resolving issues, and serving as a resource for policies.
• Time Record Management: Monitor employee time submissions, review and verify accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies, and process corrections within the timekeeping system.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with payroll, managers, HR, and other teams to ensure accurate and complete time records are submitted by deadlines and resolve escalated issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and extract accurate time reports for Payroll, communicate submission deadlines and required corrections, and maintain documentation for audit requirements.
• Training & Compliance: Provide guidance and training to employees on proper use of the timekeeping system, promote compliance with procedures, and serve as a subject matter resource.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional coursework in payroll, accounting, or business administration preferred.
• Experience: Entry-level professional; preferred experience includes working with timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management systems (such as Deltek, Dayforce, UKG, ADP, Workday) and supporting employees in a customer service or administrative role.
• Skills: Excellent customer service; strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; prior experience with cloud-based timekeeping or payroll systems.
