This is a 10-week summer internship at PNC, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Pittsburgh, PA

• Team: Wealth Management organization, working directly with Financial Advisors.
• Mission: To help clients with $5,000 to $3 million in assets achieve their financial goals through objective, personalized guidance and a goals-based financial planning process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Observe: Explore financial planning, relationship building, product management, and operations within Wealth Management.
• Experience: Receive firsthand exposure to PNC Wealth Management’s winning strategy.
• Understand: Learn the goals-based approach utilized to help clients achieve long-term financial well-being throughout their financial journey.
• Serve: Gain insight into working with a broad range of clients, from those just beginning to invest to those who have transitioned into retirement.
• Engage: Participate in the dynamic financial planning process designed to understand clients’ short-term needs and long-term goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Working toward a bachelor’s degree with junior status and a minimum GPA of 3.2. Preferred majors include Finance, IT, Economics, Business, or International Studies.
• Experience: Recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience, including individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.
• Skills: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communications, initiative, and a customer-focused approach.
