The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Casework Logic, located in Littleton, CO. Casework Logic operates in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, specializing in custom casework and manufacturing. This role is crucial for coordinating daily project activities, ensuring project schedules are maintained, and enabling smooth production flow between various departments. It offers a valuable hands-on experience for students pursuing relevant fields of study.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
• Location: In-person, Littleton, CO
• Pay: $21–$25 hourly
• Team: Coordinates between Project Managers, Engineers, Purchaser, and Shop Supervisor; assists Project Managers and Shop Supervisor.
• Mission: To coordinate and track daily project activities to ensure project schedules are maintained and production runs smoothly.
• Tech Stack: INNERGY, MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including RFI Logs, Change Order Logs, and meeting minutes.
• Coordination: Coordinate staff calendars and external meetings to facilitate project progress.
• Communication: Communicate project information as needed to installers and subcontractors.
• Data Management: Provide data entry assistance in INNERGY for CRM and materials library, and keep project tracking updated.
• Risk Identification: Identify and alert the team to possible project risks such as long lead items, schedule disruptions, or scope changes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Designed for students studying Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Basic proficiency in reading construction and shop drawings.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, highly organized, attentive to detail, flexible, team oriented.
• Bonus: Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, bilingual in English/Spanish, experience with drafting or 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
