What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management Support: Assist with the coordination of various projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and contributing to timely completion.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports and engaging presentations, clearly summarizing findings and information for diverse audiences.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Gather and analyze pertinent data to identify key trends and provide insights that support strategic decision-making processes.
• Workflow Organization: Organize and schedule meetings, accurately document crucial action items, and diligently follow up on deadlines across multiple teams.
• Operational Improvement Contributions: Support daily business operations, including assisting with process documentation and contributing ideas to improvement initiatives under senior staff guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position for candidates currently pursuing or having recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a closely related academic discipline.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience are required. However, candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of business operations and management principles, ideally through relevant coursework.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for preparing clear reports, emails, and presentations.
• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated capacity to conduct basic research, analyze information, and clearly summarize findings for actionable insights.
