• Mission: To support the day-to-day IT operations, ensure technology assets are maintained, provide conference room technology support, and contribute to an organized and efficient IT environment.
• Tech Stack: Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, switches, routers

What You’ll Actually Do
• Technology Inspections: Perform routine inspections of conference room technology, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing equipment.
• Equipment Management: Organize, label, inventory, and maintain IT equipment, cables, adapters, peripherals, and storage areas.
• Hardware Deployment: Assist with computer deployments, workstation setups, and hardware replacements.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues for employees.
• Administrative Support: Support user account setup and other routine IT administrative tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and independently; Strong communication and customer service skills; Genuine interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn.
• Bonus: Exposure to networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, switches, routers); Interest in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS; Experience building PCs, homelabs, or personal technology projects.
