What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across Cintas’ business areas and the professional services industry.
• Learn: Gain exposure to various departments within the company.
• Train: Undergo hands-on training to understand operational aspects.
• Collaborate: Interact with multiple departments to observe their functions and contributions.
• Develop: Enhance leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills through practical application.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; prior co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook), intranet, and internet.
• Bonus: An academic major in business or a related field; a leadership or management role in campus or related extracurricular activities; availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
