What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Accurately process customer and vendor invoices with a focus on detail.
• Review: Review billing documentation thoroughly and resolve any identified discrepancies.
• Reconcile: Perform comprehensive reconciliations for accounts, the balance sheet, and the general ledger.
• Prepare: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and necessary accounting adjustments.
• Assist: Assist with month-end close activities and provide reporting support to the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational knowledge in accounting principles.
• Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience, specifically with Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, and strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Proficiency with advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.
