What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and contest goals, while meeting payroll goals based on current trends.
• Operational Leadership: Prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules and daily agendas to meet business goals and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Team Development: Train, motivate, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development plans for all associates in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the team provides an exceptional customer experience, fostering relationships to achieve world-class service standards.
• Store Environment: Maintain a strong floor presence, ensure adequate staff coverage, and create a fair, dignified, and respectful environment for all associates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with expertise in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environments.
• Experience: 4+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to exceed sales goals while meeting payroll, identify top talent, and build, train, and develop teams.
• Skills: Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with a proven ability to think through complex issues, manage multiple tasks, and motivate and influence others.
