• Team: Part of the Rental organization, working closely with experienced managers across departments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Learning: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth, leadership-focused understanding of the business operations.
• Sales & Client Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote company products and services while actively building customer relationships.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
• Business Strategy Support: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, or expected to obtain one within six months, demonstrating foundational knowledge for an entry-level professional development role.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required beyond the educational qualification.
• Skills: Active driver’s license; Ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) age (21+) and medical certification requirements necessary for driving a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; An academic major in business or a related field; Demonstrated leadership or management role in campus or related extracurricular activities; A willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
