Hertz operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty Car Rental brands in approximately 9,700 corporate and franchisee locations worldwide. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who will contribute to location performance and operational excellence, with a clear path to promotion to Branch Manager. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Focus: Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences to achieve high service scores.
• Operational Oversight: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics, inventory control, and assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle & Facility Support: Assist the team with tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, managing the lot, and providing customer service.
• Financial Acumen: Learn finance processes, support deal completion, and understand business reporting, documentation, and key metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management in daily operations, build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching to prepare for future leadership roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a professional environment.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license. Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Skills: Strong computer and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, adaptable, eager to grow, and exceptional time management skills.
