What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to assist with the department’s daily operations.
• Communication: Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and other internal or external contacts to support smooth and efficient workflows.
• Project Assistance: Assist with entry-level tasks and services aligned with the department’s goals and projects.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct basic research and help prepare summaries, reports, or recommendations based on findings.
• Special Projects: Contribute to the planning and execution of special projects that support skill development and hands-on learning.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED, and current enrollment in an accredited college, university, or technical school.
• Experience: Submission of class schedule, transcripts, or other documents verifying current college, university, or technical school enrollment.
• Skills: General administrative and clerical aptitude, Professional written and verbal communication, Basic research and data compilation, Meticulous attention to confidentiality, Valid New Mexico driver’s license.
