The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netradyne, located in Bangalore. Netradyne uses computer vision and edge computing to develop advanced AI-powered solutions for fleet safety and mobility. This position is crucial for enhancing the company’s Salesforce capabilities, which support various transportation operations. The role involves translating business needs into effective Salesforce configurations and solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful system delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements & Solution Design: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and best-fit Salesforce solution designs.
• Salesforce Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation to implement approved solutions.
• Technical Solution Oversight: Define technical requirements and collaborate closely with developers on custom Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations, reviewing solutions for quality and scalability.
• Integration & Data Management: Design and implement robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, overseeing data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.
• Delivery & Adoption: Drive the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support, ensuring business alignment, adoption, and participation in release management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in Salesforce solution design.
• Experience: Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations, with deep expertise across Service, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, and Community Clouds. Experience includes hands-on work with Flow Builder, Process Automation, Lightning Experience, and working in Agile environments.
• Skills: Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices; strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design scalable solutions; ability to create detailed project documentation; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Architect, Developer); familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite; experience with data migration tools and techniques; exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps; ability to write or review basic Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and LWC components.
