• Mission: Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting the production and delivery of regulated healthcare products, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting the production and delivery of regulated healthcare products, managing both small and medium projects while supporting large/complex initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing clear communication on project progress, priorities, risks, and resolution plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Technical, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to drive project execution and address challenges.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project schedules, documentation, budgets, and change activities, assisting with forecasting, reporting, and overall project administration to ensure efficient program progression.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures, while continuously building knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is a Project Manager role that coordinates projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, with experience specifically in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess an understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle, from raw material ordering through testing, production, packaging, and shipment.
• Skills: Project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, internal and external stakeholder communication, project monitoring (schedules, documentation, budgets), and adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Bonus: CAMP certification is preferred.
